Procedure for returning goods

You can return non-compliant goods without giving a reason. Goods for return must be delivered within 14 days of sending the order.
Procedure for returning goods:
1. Print out the return form and fill it out.
2. Send us the goods together with the completed form and invoice for the goods to the address:

3. Goods may not be sent cash on delivery.
4. The goods must be returned in the original undamaged packaging, must not show signs of use, must be undamaged and complete.
5. You can also deliver the goods to our dispensary, which is located at the above address.
6. The money for the returned goods will be returned to your account specified in the return form, no later than 10 working days after receipt of the returned goods.
